rare
hardly happens
lucky in a way
infrequent chances
hope is scarce in this town.
exceptional opportunity
with an odd fail being the beginning of change
isolated the path travelled
occasionally losing faith in your choice
Thoughts scatter on future
no singular moment has brought me to now
exceeding expectations in my ability
many doors opened not a few
I accidentally started to live this extraordinary life.
3rdofthe3rd
After a depression lasting over 5 years, I was made redundant two weeks before Christmas. I had to move to my parents, friends and love interest seemed to be few. Then within four weeks, I had found a job in a school which started my new found love of working with students. I started to live my life that had been on hold waiting to be set free. I love the thought of an accident having such a big impact.
Keep smiling.
Hope is scarce in this town. Don’t lose hope. Never lose hope. Nice blog.

“with an odd fail being the beginning of change…” Happens all too often and the only tragedy is we miss it. Beautifully spoken.

Beautiful poem.
Life can be as hard as traversing on a path strewn with broken glass, but the main thing is to always have hope and keep smiling – it’s the only way.
Great to meet you! Many thanks for stopping by my Travel and Photography blog/

Isn’t life strange? 🙂 🙂 We can never quite write the plot- and sometimes that’s a good thing. Glad it’s working out for you.
