Hold this mirror to your mouth

Twist the cloth as tight as it will bind.

dark dense daunting falls upon the moment.

climb above the sore taste on your buds

hard solid stone-like fingers grip the soul of this

faint they wish faint they plead faint they hoped

Bear down on this branch sink your teeth

cape the painful hollow heart with red cells

they soullessly stand above the weak beating below

But never will they break the spirit that began to beat the heart inside of their love.

you can’t capture the life lived by a soul willing to give their all.

Keep smiling.
